From October 14-16, 2009, CLAC and representatives from its signatory companies joined with representatives from Aboriginal communities, government, and industry to strengthen partnerships on economic and employment opportunities for Aboriginal peoples. Highly respected leaders spoke on building strategies for partnerships, economic and labour force development, training, and consultation.
